A woman who frequently went to a card reader in a nearby city was repeatedly warned in different sessions that her son was in grave danger, but the reader was unable to provide any details on where, when, or how. A friend of mine suggested to this lady that she send her son to me for a card reading and it was arranged. Everything was done very secretively without my knowing who the client was or where I was being taken to do the reading.

When we arrived at some woman's home, the house was in total chaos with kids running in and out and screaming (circumstances I normally would NEVER have read cards under). They took me to a card table in the center of the kitchen, gave me a deck of cards (they wanted to use their own which was not only totally acceptable, but preferable) and then a man in his late 20's came in the back door (I'll call him Zee since I still don't know his name to this day). They shooed the kids outside and then all the women gathered at the counter while the young man sat down across from me at the card table. I also don't normally like other people in the room listening as it's distracting, can alter the clients karma, and can change the reading, but this was a test on their part and I was new to reading cards so I went along with it. At that point I had been told nothing, not even that Zee's mother had been told anything by her personal card reader. I went into the whole thing blind.

After Zee shuffled the cards and I laid them out, I unknowingly discovered the same thing that the other reader had. Except with my layout (the one in this book), I was able to not only tell him where the danger was, but who he would be with. I saw him with two male relatives going on a trip out of town and the trip would be on or over water. There was grave danger and a possibility of death for the young man sitting across from me. After I relayed a very strong warning to him about this, his eyes got very large and he was speachless. Zee then proceeded to tell me everything that his mother had been told and he said that I had filled in the blanks.

He told me that he had a summer trip coming up with his brother and a cousin to go scuba diving in California. I very strongly suggested that he cancel his trip but I never knew at that time what he had decided to do. Several months later my girlfriend called me and told me that Zee had returned from his trip and then she proceeded to fill me in on the details. Because of my warning, Zee took extra precautions that he normally might not have. He and his brother and cousin rented their scuba equipment from a business near where they were planning to scuba dive. The clerk gave them 3 tanks of air along with the rest of their equipment and everything was set. Now normally Zee trusted this business and had confidence in what he rented, but this time he double checked everything. In the process he discovered that one of the tanks was half empty and that the gadge was broken so that it didn't look to be low on air. If he had used that tank and taken the readings at face value he would have been in serious trouble when he was deep into the ocean. Consequently, he took the tank back and with great apologies he was given a full tank of air. The rest of his trip went off without any problems. Zee asked my girlfriend to thank me and said that I very probably had saved his life.

This, of course, was one of the more impactful readings that I did and most are nowhere near that dramatic. It totally depends on the client and their personal life.

There is one more example I want to share that happened to me when I was learning how to read the cards myself. My girlfriend and I decided to learn together so we could practice reading each others cards. We did this for whole afternoons two or three times a week before I had to go to work. During these practice sessions I had the same combination show up in my cards every single time, even though the cards were always shuffled according to the directions before each layout. The cards kept telling me of the death by illness of a medium complected man who was in a position of authority in my life. I couldn't figure out who it could possibly be and I was disturbed that it wouldn't go away and I couldn't shuffle it out of my many many layouts. This went on continually over a period of 3 months until one day I learned from a co-worker that our boss had terminal cancer and was dying. He was a good man and it saddened me greatly. But after learning of his illness, surprisingly these cards never showed up in my layouts again.
